Our Helical and Bevel Helical Gear Boxes are designed and  manufactured such the most favorable balance is achieved between strength and surface durability rating, noise level and efficiency. The Helical Gears are manufactured from NiCrMo Alloy steel for maximum power capacity, low noise and high efficiency, gears are carburized, hardened, tempered and subsequently flank ground to better than Quality DIN Class 7/8. All Spiral Bevel Gears are based on Gleason, Spiral Bevel Technology and are made up of  Alloy Steel. The root of teeth are short penned,each  pair is subsequently lapped and confirms to AGMA Quality 9. These gear boxes are available in single, double, triple and quarter-able stages. Nominal power ratings from 0.5 KW to 2500 KW and ratios 1.6 : 1 to 630 : 1.
